Good all around
You cant Beat this hook for the value. I use these hooks all the time and they last a long time Most hooks like this i have to change out ever 5 to 6 fish to keep a good point I find with the bass pro's its 8 to 10 fish. and for how many you get in a pack for the cost it could be every 3 fish and its still a great value. I find the red ones really bring the fish in on the hard to fish days.

Pleased with these hooks
My dad bought some of these and gave me a few to try. I usually use Eagle Claw hooks so this was my first experience with BPS hooks. I caught several fish on them while using plastic and got a good hook in the fish every time. I had to set the hook on a couple of fish at the end of a long cast and got good hooks in them too. Considering these hooks are very affordable and they performed flawlessly for me, I will be trying more of the XPS hooks when I run out of my Eagle Claws.

This is a good quality hook, but you will need to sharpen it a little. But then again, what off the shelf hook is actually sharp?

yes, but for fishing wacky style, I would reccomend a eagle claw weedlees hook (item # 38-453-218-24 from bass pro shop.) The best hook I've found for that situation is a "Strike King, Pork-O" They are hard to find but well worth the effort. They cost around $ 3.00 for a package of 5.
I have no idea how to chose a size fo this hook. I'm picking up sand warms 2 inches and the squid 3 inches. I would like this hook to exit more to the rear of the baits, do I need two differint sizes? If so please tell me which to get.. Help!
