Action was Accurate Did not catch fish but the action looked good. And there were plenty of blue gill around. June 29, 2011
HOT,HOT,HOT Hey everybody,I just got back from fishing the Connecticut River in Agawam,Mass. The river was up and I fished the down current side of the South End bridge(otherwise known as the Julia Buxton bridge).I fished this bait in the current eddy from the first abutment. The smallies smoked this bait from the first cast.I tried spinnerbaits, senko type baits, and topwater but no go.They hit this so stinkin' hard I almost got the rod popped out of my hands. The rod was a Basspro Extreme 7ft 10 in heavy with an extra fast tip.17 lb Suffix, and a Quantum baitcast reel.I fish this setup because you never know what you'll hook, there are stripers, pike, channel cats, large and smallmouth bass. This bait is a deal and a half at $9.99.Get both colors and have a ball. The action has to be seen to believe. God bless,Poppafish. June 23, 2011
Great lure, but hard to get the hook set This lure is a fish magnet. On the first cast i caught a nice bass. I have had about 30 minutes so far of use with this bait, and have hung probably a dozen bass, including one large one, but I have only been able to land three. I don't know what the problem is. I set the hook, but the fish still throw it. I am going to replace the hook with a higher quality one, that may work. This bait is amazing, though. It is lifelike in action and look. June 16, 2011
Great Bait - Great Price With many swimbaits in the $25 on up, it's nice to see that there are still some out there that are affordable. This bait is very realistic looking, and has an awesome swimming action. $10 is a good price for this bait, but after getting one on sale for $7.50, I wish I would have bought more! May 11, 2011

A:
Not too deep without additional weights; bass tend to attack it from underneath as they would a bluegill swimming int the top 3' of water.
