A: 
No. It's snelled at about 3" from the rear treble. Leaders where the top hooks slide aren't very good for making crawler harnesses with Colorado blades because the water pressure on the blade (especially #4 or larger) is enough to push the top sliding hook all the way to the bottom hook.
