Field-tested on Lake El Salto with fantastic results, this Bass Pro Shops® XPS® Turbo Toad Buzzbait features a 4-blade prop, frog-shaped head, twin tail trailer, and a single hook rigged weedless.

Bass Pro Shops® XPS® Turbo Toad Buzzbaits 2.1 5 14 14
its okay this lure is pretty good. it does not work at all around vegetation even though its weedless the blade gets all tangled in the vegetation and the lure goes crazy. the trailer also sinks sou shud probably buy a floating trailer and attach it. other than that its great and it looks great in the water January 25, 2009
Strange! This lure in different. The first cast of this i got a big strike. That was it! I notice that the bass tend to follow this more without hitting it because the body sinks rather then floats. The buzz blade gives this some real action topside but the trailer sinks when you pause it. I reccomend switching to a floating trailer of some sort. This lure also does not do well with any vegetation. The blade stops spinning and then the whole entire lure is out of control. I would reccomend this for the reason that this is a totally different type of lure with a strange action that has a lot of promise. May 26, 2008

It's not necessarily too big but if you're in a good area for smallmouth you're probably better off throwing a popper or buzzbait
