Does Catch Fish
I do a lot of fishing in areas with a lot of pads and flourishing coontail weeds. Naturally topwater is the best selection for these conditions. I would normally use the tride and true jitterbug when fishing top but the bulky treble hooks still get all snagged up on the high growing weeds. This lure for me has proved to be pretty durable ive fished it for weeks and have not had trouble with the prop snapping as other reviewers are reporting. There are some downsides to this lure though. The main one being that the trailer is very heavy and does not have the right kind of bouyancy that would look more natural. However the single hook has upped my fish landing percentage considerably because while jumping the bass cannot throw the hook as easy as a Jitterbugs treble. My favorite part about this lure is it's ability to stir up the top of the water like buzzbait while being able to drift right over pads like any other frog.

When i opened up this lure, it looked like a great lure, i used it a lot but never caught any bass off of it. so i put it away in my tackle box, and then went to use it the next week. When i opened up the tackle box, 2 of the blades where broken off, and i take EXTREMELY good care of my tackle box. so what im saying is, its too fragile, don't get it

this lure is pretty good. it does not work at all around vegetation even though its weedless the blade gets all tangled in the vegetation and the lure goes crazy.
the trailer also sinks sou shud probably buy a floating trailer and attach it. other than that its great and it looks great in the water

Not a fan.
I guess the effectiveness of this lure depends a lot on where and when you fish it but for me you'll get better action from a buzzbait where one can be fished and better action from a hollowbodied or soft plastic kicking frog where appropriate. the action of this bait didnt impress me
