Bass Pro Shops XPS Single Tail Grubs
The pro's who designed this grub did not forget any details. The grubs are fat from tip to tail and will be flush with a mushroom head. The colors are excellent I reall like the translucent white which is a clear water killer. They have nicely shaped tails that give off good action. All that packed into a price that everyone can afford. Nice bait!

Great Smallmouth Grub
Excellent grub for smallmouth......color selection is unmatched for river/wade fishing. The only reason I didn't rate it five star is the durability, after catching a few fish, the grub starts to slide off the jig head and you have to bite a little off the body and re-rig it. My favorite color to use is the "smoky black", but I like to call it the "black copperhead". It is a dark grey with black/copper flakes. The smoke/copper/red flake and black magic works well too. I have caught hundreds of fish on these brand of grubs and have no intentions of switching to any other brand.

A strike king?
I bought the lime green grubs with confidence that it would catch me fish, and I was right! I went morning bass fishing in a local pond with the grubs and had one of the best bass fishing days in my life. As soon as it hit the water, some fish were taking it, and I actually had one bass that looked well over 12lb come up to shore only to swim back into the middle. Those big ones that lived longer are the smartest and hardest to caught. Overall this is a great bass lure. And I bet it will work well for large crappie also!

Gotta have grubs
For all around fishin' it's hard to beat the simplicity of a grub. Then think of all the ways to rig and fish it. The XPS grubs are an excellent choise. Lots of colours and a good price. Just a note to all the American boys. If you're coming up to enjoy a northern Canadian fishing resort; bring lots of grubs, and jigheads and you'll be set. Keep the colours simple white, black and chartreuse......... and a couple of Rapala's
