Bass Pro Shops® XPS® Oval Split Rings - Special oval shape ensures that you tie off in the same place (and never in the split) for a true running bait every time.
Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 29 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by great upgrade I buy these split rings to replace ALL my crankbait split rings...with the oval design, your knot is on the curved portion, making a stronger union between the knot and the split ring. This is a great design, and I have never had an oval split ring fail...a must have for crankbait fishermen... March 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy tie ups These oval split rings are great for crank baits. It seems the knot always wants to land near the split. With these oval rings you never have to worry about the line breaking because its tied in a bad spot. I am pretty sure KVD likes oval split rings for this reason too. Besides your baits are a little freer for better action. Try it. December 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by an Oval split ring yes, indeed. This will hang hooks as needed. I like these oval rings. October 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great rings These do a great job on your treble hooks, they swing great and do help with the hook set July 2, 2013

I like the size 3 for just about every bait I have, except the smaller topwater baits and have size 2 on them. Both sizes should work fine for the 20lb.

I would reccomend the size 3. That size is comparable to the round split rings found on most crankbaits and topwater baits in the 1/4-3/4oz. sizes.

Hi, depending on the lure size I use 1 or 2. One is for the smaller baits, two the bigger. Great product!!!!
