Our XPS Line Saver is the world’s best fishing line lubricant. XPS Line Saver is an easy way to add lubrication to monofilament, fluorocarbon, braid and fly lines which reduces spool friction resulting in smoother, longer casts. In addition to providing smoother casting action, our environmentally-friendly XPS Line Saver contains fish attractant and works to protect against abrasion, will not leach or freeze and resists sand, dust dirt and salt crystals. Plus, XPS Line Saver is generally harmless to wood, plastic, rubber and composite parts. 2 fluid ounces.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by omegajoe great product
I have been using this for a while, it probably adds a few extra feet to casts. It helps keep the line and reel clean.

i bought this product a couple weeks ago and couldn't wait to get on the water and try it out. when i went out i took this out of my tackle box went to go spray it on my line and....nothing. something in the spraying mechanism must've been loose or broken but it would not spray, and i take good care of my stuff so it's not like it was thrown around and could've broken. i still recommended this to a friend only because maybe i just picked the wrong bottle off the shelf.

Line Saver proved to be a great line lube for cinching knots, and softens mono up a little so the flow off the spool is smoother.
Didn't harm my skin either like some other products.

My friend let me try this on my mono line, worked just as well as Real Magic with a little bit more residue, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If you're looking for a good line lube for flouro, use this and not Real Magic, it's not meant for fluoro like this is.

If you are installing new braid spray a cloth and put the line between the cloth and your hand. And reel the new line onto your reel. Then spray the line direct to the line on your spool 3-4 spraysDetails:Â

Line Saver is for line. Their Reel Saver light grease or oil is great for reels. Just polish it into parts. Even the outside, and guides, etc.A:Â
Yes, it will work both casting and spinning reels.Top 50 Contributor

I'm not sure that this would correct the problem without knowing the specifics. Instead, I would take the problem reel into Bass Pro Shop and see if they can diagnose the problem. Most every Bass Pro Shop I've been to has been extremely helpful in that regard. They may be able to help you with your specific problem.Answers

yea, a little bit. However, if you take a cloth or something like that and just 'dab' a single portion of the line, it should work a bit better. it may just be access lube/cleanser. Also, it my only take two or three pumps. Hope this helps!Top 500 Contributor
