The Bass Pro Shops® XPS® Finesse Weights feature a cylindrical design with a line guide through their center. The Finesse weight’s slender profile allows the weight to slide through heavy cover and rocks with ease making it ideal for Carolina or Texas rigging.
Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for draggin These are the only style of weights that I use for Carolina-rigging and split-shotting. They come through all forms of cover very well. I insert a rubber peg into the weight to hold it in place for split-shotting. This allows me to change the length of my leader without damaging my line. Bass Pro has every size that you will need. A:
not sure how you'd use them without sacrificing action on your artificial lures. These sinkers slid up and down the line, and while you could peg them, they'd still not attached directly to the lure. Probably hook weights or weights that you insert into your lure would work better.

sure, you could, but it would probably affect the action of a crankbait. A spinner bait, not so much.
