  • Our most advanced braided line yet
  • Unparalleled strength and consistent roundness
  • Woven from eight Dyneema® fibers
  • Enhanced color protection
Bass Pro Shops XPS 8 Advanced Braid Fishing Line is our most advanced braided fishing line to date! XPS 8 Advanced Braid is precisely woven from eight Dyneema fibers for unparalleled strength and a consistent roundness that makes casting smoother than ever! Dyneema is the world’s strongest fiber, used for everything from body armor to tugboat lines. The extra-small diameter helps with finesse presentations, and enhanced color protection keeps it hidden from fish in the long term.
Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor Quality I had a bad fraid spot in the middle of the spool. March 31, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by comparable to most other I spooled the frog rod on a recent trip to Georgia to try the new XPS Braid. It did seem to be smoother than the other brand I usually use and at first I was a little concerned about the line "kinking" like some other brands that seem to be coated for smoothness. Kinking wasn't an issue and the braid performed well. It was somewhat quieter but you still know you're running braid. The only negative, if you will, was the dye melting off the line. Why bother dying the line if it turns lite green, gray to white during the first 12 casts? I would say it a price point issue here and if you are comfortable with the braid you use.... March 16, 2013
