For those of us who are serious spinner bait fishermen, you know that it is important to tinker with what you have and make it better.
It is also cheaper to purchase the blades than it is to purchase an entirely new spinner bait.
I have a few "favorites" that I enjoy fishing with. Rather than buying a new one, I'd rather modify one of my favorites to try and improve on it.
I switch off on the color, size, and shape of the blades to try and make a difference in my catch. I also change skirts for the same reason.
Experiment with the changes, and keep a log of your catches, this way you will be able to tell which combinations of parts catch the most fish.
Try it, you'll like it!

I use these blades for crappie jigs. They are perfect for any size Crappie jig.

I really like these blades; hold up to corrosion, abuse of hitting the bank (rocks/logs/etc), and start spinning easily. I used them on 2 of my 5 A-rig arms (only 3 hooks allowed in MO), connected by a barrel swivel. I can move my rig very slowly through the water and still get great spin from these blades (#4).
