item way to small the boat cover was way to small for my boat 1996 starcraft 1700ls. store employee told they ran small ,didnt say anything in catalog he said i needed one to fit 19'-21' boat i think i will try another brand May 1, 2012
WeatherSafe™ Storage Tite™ Boat Covers It's a good quick cover for the boat. The first time I used it It filled up with water. Which was my fault. I bought the boat strap that goes from bow to stren. This fixed the problem on my bass boat. No more water and it's quick to cover and uncover to use. It's a good buy. I won't know how it stands up to the winter yet, but I think it'll work for me. Super value Very lightweight and it is much easeir to put on and take off than my old one was,and It cost a lot less than my old one! April 3, 2012
Okay for the $$$ After trying several "high end" covers in the $ 300 to $ 500 dollar range, we have finally give up! We now buy one of these cheaply made, inexpensive covers every year. We store our boat outside year round and these do well from April until apx Feb/March depending on the snow and how often we catch when the rain has puddled on it. Then the ripping and tearing starts. If you store the boat outside you will NOT get 4 years out of this and we feel fourtunate when it lasts a whole year. But for $ 90, it's value will overcome a $ 500 custom cover any day of the week as they don't last more than 2 or 3 seasons anyway. Just my two cents! April 1, 2012

A:
It is for about a year and a half to two years and thats about all you`ll get out of these covers if they are used outdoors. Also since they are made in China they aren`t consistant in the way they are manufactured. I`ve bought five of these covers in the last four years.

A:
It does not say 100% waterproof but it is a WeatherSafe cover, so the rain should not leak through. Reading other customer review one customer say:
"rain settles in puddles everywhere", which you should be able to fix by adjusting the cover or adding a support pole.

There is a chart on the box (if you go to the store) that shows different letters fitting several styles of boats so I would say yes. For example letter D fits a 19' v hull and 17' to 19' bass boats with max beam of 102"

Details:
Mine came with 1 long white nylon cord and 2 black stretchy cords with hooks on both ends. Where do the black ones go and do you cut the long white cord to fit the rest of the loops?
There are no instructions and the pic on the box doesn't show the black cords or how the white ones are attached

A:
String the white cord through the loops then tie it together at the rear of your boat. I don`t use the black cords that came with the cover, I use black, heavy bungees to hold the cover to my trailer.

I would not - the mateial is very thin and with the flapping at highway speeds, I fear it would only be a matter of time befor it shredded.
