I've never had buffalo of any kind in my life. My husband and I decided that we would try this out since we love jerky and really wanted to try something different. I ordered it offline and it was packaged great and it was also very fresh. The taste-is amazing. We loved it. I cannot describe what it tastes like because it is unlike any other meat we've tried. It is almost a little sweet but has that beefy flavor. Awesome!

I try to buy a couple of bags each time I go to the local BPS. They don't always have it and I end up ordering it on-line. The Buffalo is my favorite of all the jerky.
