This product does what it says and is so easy to follow the directions, I have bought a spare to go with my turkey pot. I use it when I cook separate spiced/rubbed turkeys,while I cook one turkey I rub the other and then drop it after I pull the first one.

We ordered this as an extra part for our turkey fryer. We always fry two ducks for the holidays and we only had one rack and hook. The rack is ideal for draining any fowl that is marinated in a liquid brine. We drain the ducks for an hour and dry rub the skin again before frying. We wash the rack and reuse to drain the oil after the ducks are cooked.

the turkey rack and
lifter hook worked great. it was easy to set up and made deep frying a turkey easy and safe.
