The item is not as shown. The actual hat has an adjustable velcro strap not shown in picture. The hat has wear marks across the bill to make it look tattered, also not shown in picture. Had I known these things I would not have wasted my money. Lesson learned, no more online purchases from Bass Pro Shops for me.
