Our tournament-proven Squirmin' Punch Baits sport 2 kicking appendages and a fluttering split tail that have proven to be so deadly in attracting big, trophy bass. Designed with a hollow, soft textured body that feels real and is great for adding weight to punch through grass or matted vegetation, the Squirmin' Punch Bait's heavy salt formula plus 8up scent holds the bite until you set the hook. The powerful combination of 8up scent and salt will never wash out, because they are "cooked" right into the plastic. That's the Squirmin' Bait Advantage!
Rated 4 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by best thing ever i was not impressed at first but then i put it as a jig trailer for the first time and boom 4 pounder and even if you texas rig this thing it is perfect with the action it has May 28, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by poor quality These baits look great on-line. I was disappointed to find they are hollow and lack the beefy substance i was looking for. Skip this one and buy a Beaver style bait June 12, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by It's comparable to the Sweet Beaver This bait is comparable to the Sweet Beaver and works extremely well when rigged Texas Style with or with out a worm sinker. July 13, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by okay bait bait has good action, and stays together. But it hasn't caught me any fish yet so i cannot give it 5 stars February 2, 2009

I don't think there is a "wrong way". I think as fishermen we need to add some imagination and fish it how you want

With these soft baits, they will always rip out at the eye of the hook. I usually try to cut just below the original spot where the hook went thru. If you can make a straight cut, the bait will still run true, and you will get a few more bass before it tears again. After the 2nd tear, they are basically used up.
