Rated 5 out of 5 by night crappie We are using the squirt in black and white on a horsehead jig for river crappie at night. they work great with berkley crappie nibbles inside the body of the squirt. we also catch shovelhead cats, and white bass, and sheep head while fishing for crappie at night, and also some nice sauger. overall a fine little bait. The crappie nibbles really improve the bite when we started using them. August 28, 2012

I bought the black/chart. 1.5''
i tryed it today and the presitation did not look right it was spining in cicles as i jigged it in.

i also bought the squirt head jigs (if that helps)

With jigheads inserted into the tube its gonna circle to the bottom no matter what. But thats what makes the fish want to bite because it looks like a dying fish. I thought it looked funny the first time i tried them to but after using them for a while you realize it helps catch fish.
