Product seems of good quality.
I purchased two of these highback fishing seats to replace two old and warn chairs for my pontoon boat. The chairs I replaced were the standard lower back seats and were located outside the enclosed area on the front deck of the boat. I have pinched my fingers several times while seated on the older seats between the back of the seat and the top of the rail. These nerw seats corrected that problem as they don't slide under the top rail. The old seats were wood on the bottom and rotting out, the new ones have a strong plastic seat and will last indeffantly. They are very comfortable to fish from and I'm sure I'll be happy with them for a long time.

Well i needed new seats for my 16 ft Tracker so I got these with swivels so i could be comfortable but found out that they break on the bottoms which is great if you want a recliner but difficult to see when under way,I weigh less than 200 lbs and mostly fish at night so no big waves or high speeds and only used them 5 or 6 times and they just get worse every time i go out,i guess i`ll put the cheap no padding ones back in at least they hold up and only cost about 30 dollars

Using boats for fifty years. These seats are designed poorly and use poor materials. Hinges allow for two much recline and will not support weight, seat bottom made of material prone to breaking. One seat broke within a week of using, other is on the way out. Will never buy these type seats again - a TOTAL waste of money.
