Fished these lures in 38- 46 degree water for smallies. The results were amazing. I would recommend this lure to anyone who hasn't experienced vertical jigging with spoons.

The spoons in this kit have worked for me when nothing else seemed to be working, (especially the ones with the dressed trebles). The dressed hooks seem to outperform the regular hooks so much so, that I changed the other hooks to dressed ones also.
These spoons are like magnets when targeting white bass. I fish them like a jig, with a few jerks and long pulls thrown in to shake things up. Most of the time, the fish will hit while the spoon is on the fall, so make sure you give it time to fall between retrieves.
You will not regret having this spoon kit with you when the fishing gets tough! Great little kit for the money.

I seldom have any use for the heavier ones. I'd purchase one box of the offered ones, and buy some specifically weighted ones separately.

You need different sizes to "Match the Hatch" things change and you need to change with it. i.e. size of bait fish as they grow.
