Have used one of these for a few years....my son is in a wheelchair...he is able to safely transfer on and off of it by himself....super sturdy, and very comfy!! Yes, the end pieces are tricky to get in....we fashioned a little lever that we use to get them on...slips on easily!

Set up is a snap as well as take down an replacement into carry bag. High enough to sit on for dressing, and store gear underneath. Sturdy all steel construction is good for supporting weight. I weigh just over 200 lbs and there is no movement or noise when moving around. A heavy duty carry bag is roomy enough for to get the bed back in once set up and took down with ease. I camp in Canada twice annually and this should work nicely. Seems quality construction. Some report difficulty with end pieces - you likely have them on the wrong ends or you just need to turn them around.

This is a great cot. It's very comfortable and allowed me to sleep peacefully through a night in the woods.

I would absolutely recommend this cot to anyone. Even though it is a little on the heavy side, it is extremely well built. It is very comfortable to sleep on and provides plenty of room, even for taller individuals. I purchased a standard size for my son and a Large for me. Won't see me camping without them anymore!

Why would/could anyone purchase a camp cot without knowing the size? Where is BPS input on this? Shouldn't have to ask other customers for infomation that should be part of the basic description. BPS dropped the ball on this one!!
