This fryer is easy to assemble very stable and easy to clean. the only con is the burner has a little to much yellow to the flame and blackens the outside of the pot more than it should, and yes I have adjusted the regulator and the air valve. However because it is stainless steel it is easy to clean off

The stainless steel is nice. That is, until you try to actually use the fryer and the pretty stainless pot is covered in thick, greasy soot because the regulator won't allow you to achieve anything resembling a blue flame. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement burner which helped nothing. Now, I'm waiting another week or more for a regulator that I have little confidence will be any better. Avoid this fryer.

When the cooker was purchased, it was thought to be the same configuration as the stainless turkey
cooker (which I already have) minus the large pot and long thermometer.
In reality, the legs of this cooker are longer, I'm
assuming for convenience. But, I was expecting
to have two burner assemblies alike.
As of yet I have not been able to get a clean blue
flame on this burner, at any adjustment position
of the air mixture plate. It has made a black sooty
mess on the bottom of the fry pan.
I'm going to try some more trial and error with the adjustment before contacting customer service.
