I've had this watch for a year and it worked fine, up until it started saying low battery. I replaced the battery and it continued to say low battery. Then I was having problems with it resetting. So then, one day i looked down and it was totally locked up, so i started pressing buttons and it switched to a hunting watch. When you would go to the fish menu, it said hunt instead and it showed deer heads. This is no joke, i was cracking up and showing everyone. Guess this is programmed some how for a hunting watch also.

I kinda would tell you, then again i wouldnt.
I bought one and it was great the first year i had it.. i wore it everyday and when fishing.. But thn the screen went blank. I thought it was the battery so i changed it and nothing still works.. i have to push hard for anything to work, and if i let go it goes back to blank. You can buy it, but make sure you buy another watch after a year..
It's a very good watch when its working tho..

I purchased this watch 6 days ago. After the first 24 hours I noticed a scratch on the bevel of the watch. I love the design and features of this watch, however I am amazed that only after 1 day I was able to scratch the bevel on what is labeled a Sportsman's watch. I attached a picture and you can see the scratch over the date 6-26. If you are looking for a sturdy watch to wear in the outdoors, this may not be the watch for you.

It's easy. Hold set buttton down to set adjustments. Keep hitting set button until you get to lat and long, then adjust. You may want to look up your location's lat and long before hand.A:Â

orego has a similar watch, but the problem is that you have to set it to a city nearest you so that the tides and sunset/rise work properly. unfortunately i don't live near any of the major cities that were listed so it didn't function properly for me. how are these things calculated with this watch???Answers

You can google your lat and long and then input your coordinates.A:Â
all based on lat n long.... and time zone.. I live in the eastern time zone,, but closer to chicago, so set my watch to 5.5 past greenwhich mean time instead of 5 which is standard for eastern time... I've had better luck with just sticking to you time zone and adjusting the lat n long according to wear you are.... I"m within 5-7 min accuracy on a bad day...most of the time on within a min or two if not dead nuts!!1 of 1
