Holds 'em all After accumulating many rods and combo's over the years I finally got fed up with piling them in the corner of the shed, and having to "detangle" them when I wanted to go out. This product worked perfectly. Holds all my rod combos. One just has to alternate spinning gear with baitcasters to maximize the space. Just put the unit in the corner of the room and everything is neat and out of the way. Only minor drawback is that the rubber "friction" clip at the top is a little stiff. You can't just push the rod in the clip and secure it, you have to open the clip up a little with one hand and then insert the rod. Otherwise, great product. A real spacesaver. May 2, 2012
Rod holder This is a excellent product. Very sturdy and a nice looking piece of furniture for the fishing roomr January 5, 2015
Spinning floor rod rack The first 2 that I paid full price were fine but I was not happy with the next 2 which I ordered when they were on sale. Both units had packing foam which appeared to be melted to almost every one of the rod grips. I could not even scrape the foam residue off. It ruins the look. Not sure if poor quality had anything to do with cheaper price. November 21, 2013
Rotating Rod Rack Made in China, but seems to be rather well made. The convenience of the rotating rack is definitely worth the extra cost over the stationary version. Description indicates that it holds up to 24 rod and reel combinations. This is not correct. It will hold 24 rods only, or 12 rods with the reels attached. August 6, 2012

A:
This does not have a weight rating. Should hold any rods or combo’s that will fit on the rod holder as designed.

A:
If you are talking about the holding weight, not very much at all. I just wrote a review about this saying it cannot hold the weight if all the rod holders are filled. I would suggest a different product...if you already have it, reinforce it before using. It will fall apart if you don't.

Yes. I had to open some of the holders up by hand and they barely went in, but they are holding three of my saltwater rods.

A:
I would say "No".
The height between the base and retaining clips (rubber) in just over 2'.
The rubber clips are small and can't accommodate anything other than a thin rod.

A:
Nope. You should buy a wall mounted rack instead so that you can put the top part higher so that the thinnest parts of the rods fit in the clamp. That's what i did for my musky and trolling rods.

I own a sea rod and it does work but the rubber that holds the rods will expand and come out so I don't recommend it.

Not all. I have a stand-up and the rod handle extends beyond the upper attachment point of the rack.

A:
Probably not. If your rods are bigger than say, a nickel where they clamp into the holder, its not gonna fit. The upper clamps are adjustable, so you might can do a little trim and get em in there, but the spacing will prevent you from getting a bunch in the holder.

Bass Pro carries some rubber clips, but do not know if they will work on the spinning rack.
