I ONLY fish saltwater and these hooks are designed for freshwater use. I always keeps an assortment of sizes in my tackle box and they work great in all applications. I have landed large Tarpin, Sheepshead, Gar, sand sharks and numerous other Florida fish and never had a problem. You do need to keep the unused hooks dry and understand that the salt water will quickly eat the hook itself after it is used. Again this is a GREAT product at a very reasonable price.

I use this hook for perch fishing on Lake Erie. It holds up better than the others. It stays sharper longer.

I have used this product for the last couple of years. This is a good hook for the price. I would recommend it for the weekend angler and pan fisherman.

These hooks are great! for under a dolar there's nothing better! These hoohs are great for choped up bunker.
