Upgraded to this anchor from a smaller one, Used 1/4" chain first go around and did not hold very well, Purchased 5/16" chain 5' long and seemed to do the trick and held with no issues. Good buy

I bought this anchor last year and used it all summer. Had a horrible time retrieving it everytime i used it. The anchor set easy and held well but took way to long to get retrieval.

The 4lb model has amazingly good holding power for my 18 ft SeaFox CC. Lightweight, yet digs in well. Easy to retrieve also.

Not the greatest anchor in the world. Has trouble catching in any kind of current or wind. Just lost one in the river that got caught on something and wouldn't come loose no matter what angle we pulled from. Price is right. Probably will buy something else to replace..
