I use these on my Carolina rig to protect the know tied to the swivel, used with a brass bead they make a very loud clicking sound

I bought this product thinking it was really gonna make difference in the noise making ability of my texas rigs.... not really. There is nothing wrong with them, they just aren't very loud like was advertised.

I like to add this ticker to my c-rig. I rig my one of three ways, use a tungsten wight then the ticker, lead weight plastic bead ticker or lead weight metal bead ticker, it just depends on the type of bottom I am fishing also I like that the bottom is cupped and protests the knot.

These are a great addition to a carolina keeper. Just add a couple of these right below the keeper for added sound.
