i screwed this into my the seats of my aluminum boat and they hold up way better than i had anticipated. I think they will last a long time but if they only last a few seasons, they are so cheap that i can easily replace them.

This strap comes with everything you need to attach it to the boat. Mounting the strap to the boat took less than 5 minutes. Product seems to be well made and secures the rods very well.
