Nice Rack! This rack is very nice. Nice clean cuts, good stain and easy to mount. I thought about making something similar but after finding this on basspro.com on sale it was a no brainer. The mounting holes are lined up for mounting on the studs which eliminates the need for annoying wall anchors. June 25, 2013
Difficult to mount in alignment I had a good deal of difficulty getting the alignment between the upper and lower portions correct. If you put the screws in so that they hit the studs the top did not align with the bottom and your rods were leaning in one direction or another. If you put the two pieces on the wall so that the rods would be straight up and down you missed the studs and were only anchored to the drywall. February 20, 2015
