Worth every penny! Whether your reels cost $20 or $400 this is a must have for anyone who wants to protect their equipment! This tote is durable, easy to configure for different reels sizes and quantities and is very easy on the pocket book. Mine rides in the bed of my truck anytime I'm headed to the lake and it keeps my reels in perfect shape. I have mine set up to hold about five reels, two or three extra spools of line, and still have room for cleaning and maintenance tools. Don't go fishing without one! April 28, 2010
Reel tote is real nice! I have 9 reels in my case, 2 (4000 series) spinning, 2 (1500 series) spinning, 2 musky round casting, and 3 bass casting, and they all fit snug and secure in there own little pockets. The bag looked to small for 9 reels when it was sitting on the shelf at the store, but I figured what the heck I'll try it, and dang-it if it didn't hold all those reels. Best of all, you can stow this bag anywhere when your strapped for space on a road trip up north! A well earned 5 stars! March 6, 2008
Great bag This is a well designed and constructed bag (better than the bags that came with my GPS survey equipment).. The Velcro for the dividers holds very well. My bag has two Zebco 808s and three spin cast reels with room for three more. There are two small interior pockets, 3.5”w x 3”h. One is mesh and the other clear plastic. The mesh pocket holds my line retainers. The plastic one could hold a fishing license. September 29, 2009
Great Tote I've got 7 Shimano reels in mine. 6 spinners and a Curado. This tote will only hold 8-10 reels like advertized if they are all baitcasting reels. The bails on the spinners are too wide to fit 8 reels in. Nevertheless, this is a very good product. I use the side pockets to store extra spools and line, and put 3 reels in the rear pockets and 4 in the front pockets. Great product, great price. August 22, 2007

A:
In my opinion no. I think you can only get 4 large spinning reels in this bag. I have a Penn Battle & I had to take the handle off to fit. I also have a small Shimano reel & both of these take up the bottom row. I think you can get 4 large reel in this bag, but that's pushing it. It works for me, because I only have one large reel.

My case came with one long removable divider that divides the case in half lengthwise. It also has eight smaller dividers that can be positioned for different sized compartments.

This gives a maximum of ten adjustable compartments. The case is also equipped with two small pockets on the inside of one end of the case for very small items. I placed the parts lists and paper work that came with my reels in these pockets.

I am not a fly fisherman. I do have one fly reel that I never use. I could easily place ten reels of the size of my fly reels in my case with padded partitions between each reel to protect it. This would leave room to place other items such as line in the case next to the reels.

A:
The case comes set up with 5 compartments above and below the horizontal divider. Each divider is held in place with velcrow, so they can be removed if necessary or spaced differently depending on the size of your reels. Even the horizontal divider can be removed to create one large compartment if wanted.
