I bought six of these to cover my 6500s that were getting scratched up in the bed of my truck everytime i went fishing. But these covers solved that problem, look great, and keep the line out of the sun

I purchased a couple of these reel covers hoping that they would fit on my dad's Diawa line counter reels. They did. Great investment. They help to keep the reels clean and also helps keep the line out of the sun when not in use. I have these for all of our line counters and the low pro ones for all of my bait casters. Great Product.

I have this cover for my 5500DA, 4600AL, 5500C3 and 5600C4 and it fits great and these are all round reels. Buy one and try it . If it doesn't fit the 7000 us it on smaller round reel. I have thirteen Abu Garcia Baitcasters an there's a cover on every one, low profle and roundA:Â

Its going to be tight but it should stretch out to fit this reel. Its neoprene type material, I would give it a shot.

From all the information I have gathered on Shimano 300/400 series - this cover will fit. It fits my Abu Garcia 6600C and that's nearly the same size as your 300/400 series.Also my Abu Garcia still has about 1/2 inch of extra room left in the cover once it's on, not to mention that it will stretch another inch or so on top of that because of this covers design.
I think you'll be fine.
