Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 183 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Must-have If you have a reel that you care about you need this piece of kit. I orderd one with my new baitcaster and am confident that when paired with the BPS rod sock I can toss my $350 rig in the back of my pickup and not really worry about it oo much. That's pretty good piece of mind for four dollars. May 6, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by just make a slot with cissors just in front of it. I put those covers on all my baitcaster reels, and my brother does too... To cover your reel without cutting the line or letting some slack in the line, you can cut a slot about one inch long vertically in the front of the cover with a pair of cissors, as it's made of neopren, it won't fray... A really great product, very friendly for my reels... April 22, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by These are almost a must have These things are almost a must have item. If you store your reels attached to the rods in the winter, or if you leave your rods and reels lashed down in the boat while on a road trip to the lake, or if you carry your rods and reels down to the lake 5 at a time, then these reel covers are worth their weight in gold. They fit snug, keep the reels clean and dust free, and they prevent "boat rash" when your not using the rig. If you store your reels with the drag all the way off, the reel cover will fit right over the fishing line coming out from the reel. It poses no problems with keeping line on the rod, rigged for immediate action! Think of these things like a car cover for a sports car, cheap insurance for keeping it nice. March 7, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by So far So good All of my reels are covered with this product. I have not had an issue out of any of them so far. March 5, 2008

They're for securing the rod/reel for transport. You can hang them on a hook or loop them over a knob, etc.

I believe the bottom one is to slip over butt end of your handle as an extra measure to keep the cover in place or from getting caught on something and slipping off. Not sure about the top loop, except maybe a spot you can hook a lure onto? I plan on snipping mine off with scissors.

Yes absolutely!!! It will fit any low profile reel and give you some extra room around the reel which provides ease of use while slipping it onto the reel itself.

No, There is no slot for the line to go through but the reel covers are very soft and you should have no problem allowing extra line and just run it under the reel cover. That is what I do with mine. Hope this was of some help :) Catch one for me.

No, but the line can be fed through the openings and tied onto the handle. Or, loosen a few inches and feed it under the cover and up the rod if you do not want to go through the hassle of feeding line through the guides every time.

No, there is no slot for the line to go through. All you have to do is leave the line a little slack and put the cover on and any lure stays in place.

Fits any and all of my baitcasting reels. You should be able to judge by looking at the picture. It streches and has a adjustable veldroe strap on bottom. Not familiar with your specific reel. Hey it's cheap, order one and try it like I did.

I think it will. It fits great over my REVO SX plus with extra room and not to mention its the type of material where it stretches so I think you should be fine. And you might be able to try Customer Service, shoot them an email, they may know more than me.

Yes it should fit fine. They are one size fit all so naturally a little lose.
They fit every low profile Bass Casting Reel I own. For larger reels like a Penn 965 use the round baitcasting covers.

I do not cut my line to have these great neoprene covers fit over my Abu Garcia Revos, I am confident you will not have to restring to use this product.

I dont think you can make out the line in the photos they were taken from my BlackBerry but the line is still strung.

They are a little more difficult to put on the left handed low-profile baitcasters due to the shape of the cover, but they do fit and work well. I have two leftys that I use for crankin' and they fit them. The round covers are pretty much universal.
