I used this trolling motor on my new sea eagle SE9 motor mount boat. This motor zipped up around at a nice slow pace around a 194 acre lake. It has a nice digital gauge on it that tells you how much charge your battery has left and that is very handy. To be honest it just worked and was cheap. It did just what I needed it to do.

I am saving up for a 10' pond prowler and this motor, and i am wondering if i need a mount tooAnswers
A:Â
You should not have to purchase any other type of mount to put on a pond prowler.Assembly: Attach the motor to the stern of the boat. Make sure you tighten both mounting bolts securely. (Fig. A)
To adjust the angle of the motor following attachment, hold the motor head with one hand and depress the positioning pin with your other hand. Press and hold the pin until the desired angle has been reached. Release the pin and verify that the mechanism engages securely. (Fig. B)
