Bass Pro Shops® Power Plus™ Trophy Class Trigger Rods
Tackle big fish like catfish, striper, and largemouth bass. These rods have plenty of backbone and muscle, yet without large diameters and weight. The secret is in the unidirectional fiberglass construction that eliminates the layering normally found in fiberglass rods. This process also adds flexibility, eliminating premature breakage and stress on the wrist. Features an extended EVA foam handle, for extra power and fighting leverage, that easily fits in rod holders, heavy-duty double foot aluminum oxide guides, hook keeper for pre-rigging and sensitive graphite reel seat. All rods are 2 piece. Guide number includes tip.

I ordered this in the mh action and this rod is solid and designed for heavier weights or large lures. The weight and balance is very good and the grip is super comfortable. It is stiff enough to handle a big fish and I plan to use it bass fishing in very heavy cover where it takes a rod with backbone to get the fish out.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by bluntman great rod!
i purchased the 7'6" heavy. ive used it only for topwater frog fishin, the best fishin lol. ive only used it a couple times, but holds up very well in heavy nasty cover. this pole is perfect for moss lilly pads n weeds. ive pulled quite a few 3lbs bass outa some harsh stuff with ease. hooks every time, with other poles they would flex 2 much n loose em. n this rod is priced very very cheap!!!!!!!! buy 1

Been using these trophy plus for years now, I guide for trophy stripes and these rods hold up great to the wear & tear and 30 to 50lb stripers.

Good product overall. Get what you pay for, but for 23 bucks its quality that will last.
