Purchased this product and the couple of times we used the shelter we had a very hard time getting it back to its original storage size. The third time the connections on the spring steel frame came loose and the spring steel ripped through the fabric.

This is a good product for a good price. 1/2 to 1/3 the price of similar products and takes up less space. In response to other reviews....No, you can't hang a solar shower bag from the ceiling....but one of the Zodi battery-operated or pump-up showers will work quite fine, plus the water will be nice and hot. As to the dis-assembly...lay the shelter flat, then with your right hand in the 2 o'clock position and your left hand in the 10 o'clock position.....fold the bottom up to the top. Don't let go.....Then....push your right hand leftwards towards 10 o'clock and your left hand towards 2 o'clock. It will all slide easily into a perfect circle. Remember....if you have to force it....you are doing something wrong.

Just got back from a camping trip where I used it as a toilet shelter. It worked perfectly for this purpose. I used just 2 sandbags in the pockets at the bottom of the tent and it held up great even though we had very strong winds our first night that I had set it up. I did have a little problem taking it down the first time, but if I payed more attention to the instructions it would not have been a problem. When you do it correctly, you can set it up and break it down in seconds. Since I allready have too much to set up when I camp, this is exactly what I was looking for, something that does'nt take a lot of time. It was plenty big enough for a portable toilet. I'm sure it would work great for changing clothes. I can't judge it as a shower tent untill I use it for that purpose.

I never could use those pop-up things. Hampers, car shades, etc. Then I started using a car shade and got the hang of folding it back up. That made folding this enclosure back up a breeze. The directions are clear and if you are used to these springy-fold-up things, you'll be fine.
I like the spacious room inside, vents at the top, and the ability to zip open the roof. I like the optional floor. I really like that it folds up into the carrying case and stores flat.
I don't like that it won't hold the 5 gallon portable shower, no how, no way. Maybe with just 1 or 2 gallons left in it, but not all 5. That is nearly 42 lbs. It doesn't have the strength. I tried to hang the shower from a steel pole and it bent. This enclosure would break with 42 lb hanging in it.
I worry about the "clothesline" too, which is just a nylon strap across the side. A nice feature, but I don't know about hanging a wet pair of jeans from it.
We haven't used it in a camping situation yet, but I will return with photos when we do. It's great in the backyard!

It folds up into a circular shape. The carrying/storage case is 25" in diameter, and at its thickest width, 6 inches. Remember it holds the enclosure, floor, and tie down pegs/ropes.

Hopefully you have found your solution by now, but here goes anyway.While the advertising claims that it will hold a portable shower, a full 5-gallon shower weighs just under 42 lb, and this won't hold it. A 1- or 2-gallon shower, maybe. But not all 5 gallons. Find a more sturdy way to hoist the shower bag up.

This sort of depends on how tightly down you stake it. The netting should prevent most bugs from getting in, but if your ground surface is not very flat, bugs could get in that way.The optional floor does not zip or seal to the unit. It just sits under it.

How is this unit effected by the wind... does it collapse or fall over? How sturdy is it?

It is pretty sturdy, but it is a tall thin nylon structure. If you stake it down well, it shouldn't topple over in light wind. But as you imagine, in a heavy wind, you should probably take it down. Mine hasn't collapsed or fallen over, but I haven't tried to get in/out after a night of heavy drinking, either. ;)A:
