Rated 5 out of 5Â by PerkinsB Great for Beginners
I'm and old saltwater fisherman where I'd throw the line out and troll until I caught something. I've been trying to learn to fish in freshwater without much success. This three set of DVDs are excellent for someone who needs to know the basics. And, if you're in the same boat as I am they are well worth the purchase price and hopefully you'll learn something as I have.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by ShallowWaterAngler Good info, enthusiastic host
First I want to start off and mention that one review mentioned he bites the line with his teeth. Woo Daves does that on one of his videos, not Stacey King.
Also, another review mentioned sound issues. Although I can't say for sure, I suspect that is a disc specific issue, as I've never had any problems with sound quality on my discs.
Now to the actual videos. Stacey does a fantastic job of discussing a wide variety of lures, not just the ones that are his signature lures, or lures that are from his sponsors. He also talks about how you can use the lures in different ways, while some others only discuss their preferred method.
In his videos, not only does he fish for largemouth bass, but also smallmouth's and Spotted Bass (Kentucky Bass). Those of us who go after more than one species will definitely appreciate that.
The Jerkbait and Carolina rig dvd's are older, so the graphs aren't as sophistocated, and some of the equipment has been updated, but the information is still top notch. The topwater dvd is the newest of the productions and doesn't feel as dated.
For your money, you get more than three hours of instruction, the most of any of the "three-packs" offered (the others being KVD and Woo- and I have both of those and consider them to be good dvd's as well).

Some old techniques and baits but can give you some
ideas that might help you progress in some areas
of bass fishing. Can be very useful for beginners.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by TVFishing Showing its age..
A couple of these DVDs have some age on them. However, the information is still useful. I enjoy listening to Stacy King on the Bass Pros TV show. These DVDs were done before that series started. I like to watch this kind of video every now and then because they help me think of new things to try. These three DVDs are no exception.
