Our 6yr. old grandson just loves this animal caller. The only problem was we ordered it in Dec. and by first of Feb. the animal sounds were all mixed up and the bear sound wasn't working properly. He had only played with it a handful of times. I called Customer Service and they were MORE than accomodating...they actually sent my grandson a brand new one free of charge! This is the way a successful company operates! Hats off to you BassPro! A very satisfied Grammie & grandson! ;-)
