Bass Pro Shops Mini Tube Kit - 446-Piece
Bread and Butter
If you have kids, get this kit! Cast them, troll them, anchor and use a bobber--it doesn't matter. If there are crappie nearby, you will get bit. I bought this kit 23 years ago (still have a few of those left!!!). I have caught thousands of crappies with this product. Here are some suggestions for fishing them:
1) Use the round 1/16 oz. jig head (the tube style head will tear them up) and 1 tube will catch many fish.
2) If float fishing, use a slim bobber with a spring as opposed to a slip bobber. You will get much better action this way and exceedingly more bites.
3) Troll them around small lakes on hot summer days and look out! No minnow required.

Mini Tube Kit
If you like to catch panfish of any sort this mini-tube kit is for you. My dad and I went fishing a few months back on a warm day and just had one of those days where we couldn't get a bite. So, we agreed to switch up and rig our light action poles and head out to this cove and do some panfishing. I looked in my big unorganized tacklebox for the smallest bait I could find. I came across these little tubes. I had about 4 of these all in black/chartruese. I also had some 1/32 oz. yellow jigheads. We couldn't catch 'em fast enough. These little tubes saved the day and made it much more fun. Everyone knows how it feels to spend the day and not catch one fish. We caught and released about 30 panfish in an hour or two. Some decent size. Started out catching bluegills, sunfish and then BOOM!! we caught 5-6 nice crappies in a row. After awhile our tubes had like one or two strands of a tail on 'em and sure enough we were still catching panfish. So, after that day my dad had so much fun panfishing with mini-tubes that I decided to buy him this exact kit for his birthday which was only days after. When I gave it to him he said "I've been wanting to buy some more of those little tubes and this kit is perfect." I'm not much of a panfisherman myself but when I'm with my dad we always bring our light rods and throw nothing but mini tubes now. This kit has a good color selection and they are also salted (it doesn't say though). Good Luck!

This is rather new to me since i've spent the majority of my time fishing Salmon and halibut but will learn to use these "oddities!" We do have crappie and bluegills here in California and from what little I've read, these will do the trick; expecially, during the spawn. Again, there's a lot of value for the money. This is what has impressed me the most about BassPro products through the years: Great value; great products! Look out crappie and bluegills!

Great 446 pc assortment
Great assortment of color combinations. I had enough in my assortment to split my order with a friend. We did however order different lead head squirt heads of hooks to cover all fishing conditions. My friend and I have both caught fish on these. He has caught crappies and I have caught bream. There is a great article on how to fish the mini squirt tubes and hooks In last months North Carolina Wildlife magazine.
