I use an Offshore Angler Gold Cup GC70LDC 7’ 1-PIECE that I paid $59.99 at BPS 3 years ago. Not sure if they are still available through BPS.

For the reel I use a Penn 330GTi on it. Easily holds plenty of mono backing, 175 yds of Power Pro, 10 colors of lead and 20' of leader.

The general view is 5ft per color at 2 mph. Going down to 1mph may add as
much as 10ft to each colors depth as LC line is very speed sensitive,

4-5 feet per color depending on trolling speed. I figure 40-45 feet down for all 10 colors when trolling for Salmon on Lake Michigan and I usually troll about 2.2-.25 MPH

The guideline is 5ft per color at 2mph.
Dropping speed 1mph can add up to 10ft of depth as LC line is very speed sensitive.
