Lightweight jacket kept be dry in rain and splash fishing off of Cape Cod in early June. Easy to pack away when not needed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by GetRealFrank light weight, not waterproof
Bought this jacket as a light weight rain jacket for fishing in the late spring/summer. First time out it didn't cut the mustard. Soaked right thru, no more than a light wind breaker. I'll be returning it!

I just got one of these & are very light weight 100% rain proof & 100% breathable. Nice looking rain jacket & very comfortable to wear. It has adjustable wrist with Velcro, drawstring waist & hood & roomy pockets. I also purchased the rain pants too. I am very happy with both items and would buy them again.

Took this rain jacket out kayaking today knowing there was a good chance of rain. It was my first use with the jacket. Sure enough it was on and off rain throughout the day. The jacket did well for the initial drizzle, but when it really started coming down the material became soaked and the water easily transferred through the material into my underlying clothing. Ended up soaked inside and out! I am amazed how poorly it resists water. Works well if you're just looking for a wind-breaker.
