Fit perfect and was very easy to install to the standard taillight I was working with. Displays the license plate perfectly.

I have been through two of these holders. The force of the water on the plate when launching your boat bends the frame back and forth eventually cracking it in the seam. Two trips to the DMV/MVD $5.00 replacement tags.
