Trollers running multi-rod sets who can "read" their rods at a glance stand the best chance of bringing in big catches. You need to know how your lures are running, whether one's fouled with weeds or dragging a straggler. And there's no easier-reading rod, day or night, than a Bass Pro Shops® Leopard NFT! Every model is built on a powerful hi-viz yellow glass blank, with contrasting black wraps and Night Fighter Technology (NFT) reflective accents at every guide plus the full tip-so you can easily monitor your rods in all light conditions. Built with lots of backbone, each rugged rod gives the perfect "soft" action for trolling and features upsized Pac Bay double-footbed guides with ceramic inserts, rodholder-friendly EVA handle, and gimbal butt with cap.

  • Hi-Viz yellow glass blank
  • EVA handle

Great pole I bought this pole when i broke my old one and i must say i love this pole. i do alot of catfishing and it is great. i got the 9'6 pole and i have no trouble getting into the deeper water off the pier and when i the fish hit the bait i can tell right away this pole is great April 3, 2012
Exellent Catfish Rod I purchased this rod last year for paylake fishing. I absolutely love this rod. The only flaw I found in this rod is that the handle is too short, and because of this, its not very stable during casting. Over all I give this rod a 5-5 because its a very durable rod and can hold its ground against a fight with big flatheads and blues! This rod has exellent backbone for a perfect hook set. I highly recomend this rod to any one! December 8, 2011
Stiffy I bought the lighter version of this rod {medium) and was hoping for something I could use as a downrigger rod. The night fighting reflective tape is what I was looking for. When I got them, I was dissapointed in the stiffness. I believe it will still make a great diver rod or maybe be used for catfishing or maybe big fish in the ocean. I thought I could also maybe use it as a flagpole in the front yard! The quality looks to be very good. April 14, 2011
