Sure it's not a KVD, but it's half the price. Really good for river fishing especially for smaller northern pike. They can easily ruin a spinnerbait so why throw an expensive one when they'll hit either. For bass they have good durability and action, with an ok skirt. They're a steal on sale

great spinner bait
I recently was in a club tourney at the Potomac river. Once I started throwing this spinner bait I never stopped catching fish.

I had never caught anything on a spinner before today. Not much action this year so I thought I'd throw something different and BAM! I got a nice 4lb 6oz mama on the 1/4 oz. black and red with chrome. I also put some Megastrike on the skirt. After the mama I followed it up with 6 more averaging 2 lbs. Only one word can describe this thing FILTHY!

this spinnerbait produces alot of vibration and alot of flash.. by far my favorite spinnerbait with colorado blades. i use them in deep water structures or stump and even around grass

when the fish are deep, you would usually go with a heavier weight. when they are shallow you would usually use a lighter weight. there are a lot of variables when choosing what weight of spinner bait to use. and remember, a Colorado bade sinks slower than a willow blade.
