Descent for the price
They are pretty good for the price but do suffer in the qaulity dept. Had a couple of issues with blades coming off when fishing real heavy cover.

good spinner bait
this is a great spinner bait...but it doesn't come with a trailer hook even though it has a extended skirt. also the eyes are stickers otherwise its a great lure.

not that good
My son and I Bought a load of these baits when they were on sale. Not real impressed with them. There are better spinner baits out there for the same money.
The quick change clevis WILL come open and you will loose the small blade . it's just a matter of time.
Have also had several wires brake and have had the heads split apart. They just don't hold up well.

Good Value for the Price
For me, the only reason why it's a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is the skirt. I've had issues with the skirts drying and breaking off after just a few months. Other than that, I haven't had a problem. No lost blades, broken wires, or dull hooks. However, you should always check your gear before tying it on - check the blade connections and hook sharpness. I do occasionally add a red trailer hook which works great.
