Bass Pro Shops Lady Lite Rod and Reel Spinning Combo
Been 15 years or so since I've been fishing. Bought this over the holiday weekend and love it! It's light, easy to use for a noob like me, and stylish.
I was able to cast with ease and reel my catches in without trouble (even though they were small catches).
I would recoomend this for females who are small and don't prefer a lot of weight or bulk of the manlier pole. This pole reminded me the fun I use to have fishing and makes me eager for the next trip to the lake.

This pole looks great and my wife loved it, until the tip snapped off after catching her first sunny of the day, the reel is pretty smooth too, until it slipped off of the pole itself, make sure you tighten the reel to the rod because it comes outta the box pretty loose I guess. I'm gonna go with my first thought and get her an ugly stick ladies version and put the bass pro shops reel on it. This rod was so thin and cheap, very dissapointed.

I bought this for my teenage daughter, whom fishes with me most every time I go. Very smooth operation, seems durable. She has used it 9-10 times now and loves it. I have used it as well and it is a nice rod a reel. Biggest catch, she caught a 2lb Drum and a 4lb catfish. No big bass yet! She had no problem landing either fish.
