I have the carbonlite spinning rod, and paired it with at Pflueger Supreme. This is my sweetness, Love it. It's lightweight and strong for a 7'2'' MFAST rod.
Every fish, especially the Smallies, feel like monsters.

I bought one to use it as a flippin stick and matched it with a Chronarch MG and WOW!! I went back and bought a 7 footer and matched that with a 3:8 Curado for plastics, I am totally blown away by these Carbonlite rods. Totally upgraded my lineup and I didn't have to spend a fortune for these 2 rods.

This would be a solid rod, especially for this price range, but, these guides are horrible. They cut corners on the guides to make this a more affordable rod, but, the castability is terrible. If BPS would just put the SIC guides on the carbonlite,i would buy several of these things. Now it is collecting dust on my rodrack.....
