Top shelf roasting rack!
This pepper roasting rack is made with total polished stainless steel, as well is the stainless steel paring tool used to remove the capstain and the pepper seeds, it is totally awesome! Bass Pro's price along with the design, the use of nothing but stainless steel, makes this a Five Star purchase, top to bottom, period! Bass Pro hit this one out of the park when they put this roasting rack for peppers on there sight and in there catalog's. Excellent price, top quality materials, no brainer purchase! I HAVE ALL READY BOUGHT 1 OF THESE AND AM NOW ORDERING 2 MORE FOR GIFTS. IT HAS SOME FAULTS, BUT IS A LOT BETTER THAN SLICING PEPPERS IN HALF AND DE - SEEDING AND THEN STUFFING AND WRAPING IN BACON.
THE WHOLES WOULD WORK BETTER IF ABOUT 1/16TH TO 1/4 OF AND INCH BIGGER AND YOU CAN'T COOK 36 AT A TIME. IT IS HARD TO FIND ENOUGH OF THE RIGHT SIZE PEPPERS. BUT STILL IS A WONDERFUL PRODUCT.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED HERE IS MY RECEIPE FOR STUFFING.
BROWN 1/2 LB JIMMY DEANS HOT SAUSAGE IN SKILLET AND DRAIN.
CHOP VERY FINELY-SOME ONION OR USE SOME GREEN ONIONS. EVEN BETTER.
STUFF WITHIN A 1/4 INCH OF TOP OF PEPPER.
CUT BACON INTO 3RDS FOR HALVES AND WRAP OVER THE TOP OF PEPPERS.
STICK WITH TOOTHPICK TO HOLD IN PLACE.
DO NOT OVER COOK.
IF YOU HAVE ANY STUFFING LEFT OVER IS GOOD ROLLED INTO CRECANTS.

I have this three times now. I love grilling jalapenos with this. Its easy to use, easy to clean. I wish the openings for the peppers were larger. Larger peppers don't fit well and fall out easily. Most of the peppers I find are larger, but they still work if you're careful. I wish there was some kind of instructions or recipes. I had to go on the internet to get some ideas and how long to cook the peppers. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.
