Bass Pro Shops Interlock Snap
Poor in saltwater
After 1 month continuous use in saltwater, the metal tab meant to lock in the wire breaks off due to the corrosion (even with freshwater rinsing). If you are a saltwater fisherperson, you are better off with the Bass Snap or something else that doesn't depend on a thin, breakable piece to keep your leader attached.

I use the Bass Pro Interlock Snaps size #4 for King Salmon fishing, in the Sacramento River, in northern California. For fishing Quickfish and Flatfish salmon plugs, Bass Pro's Interlock Snaps are exceptional! I have never had one fail, or snap open, and have easily landed salmon up to 25 lbs. using the Interlock snaps.
I recently bought some Interlock Snaps in sizes #2 and #3, to use for bass and trout fishing. I am certain they will be as effective on these species, as they are for salmon.
I highly recommend Bass Pro's Interlock Snaps!

great snaps for crankin!!
i use these snaps 100% of the time for crankbait fishing. easy lure change out. definitely beats cutting and trying knots all the time. plus it allows the lure to move more naturally!

2 out of 5 broke over time
I have not had any fail while landing a fish but after awhile when changing lures the tab will break off and I have to change it out. So far 2 out of 5 have had broken tabs.
