Very easy to set up with two people. Easy to put away with one person. Carrying case seems well made. I would highly recommend.

This canopy is easy for two people to put up and take down, but would be tricky for just one person. The frame is well made, and sturdy. The cover is attached to the frame by Velcro-like straps at each corner, and at two points along each side. The guy lines are attached to the cover, not the frame. The supplied stakes/pegs are very thin, so I replaced them with thicker aluminum pegs for the legs, and thick plastic pegs for the guylines. Even so, I am concerned that anything more than a light breeze could be a problem, so when possible I tie the guys to tree's or logs, and weigh down the legs. A few things to note: Bass's web site states that the canopy is good for shade and rain protection, but the instructions state very clearly that it is for shade only and should not be used in rainy or windy conditions! Having said this, I have used it in the rain and it was fine (I sprayed the cover with extra water-proofing to be sure!). I purchased the 10 x 10 version, which is not quite large enough to 100% protect an Ontario provincial park pick-nick table. The legs straddle the table more than comfortably, but the cover is just a little short. This results in the edge of the table (only three inches or so) being dripped on when it rains. This is perfectly acceptable to me, but if this would be a problem for you, then opt for the 12 x 12 version. One curious thing is that the box lists two optional accessories for this canopy: Weight down bags for the legs, and a "screen room". The diagram suggests that the latter is an insect screen. Both of these would be very useful, but neither are listed on Bass Pro's web site. One other thing to be mindful of is that the same photograph is printed on the 10 x 10 and 12 x 12 boxes, so do not use this as a gauge of size. The pictures I have attached to this review are of the 10 x 10 version.

I purchased this canopy for shade when camping. I needed a canopy that was small enough to transport and easy to set up and stake. This is easy to transport, fits in the back of my car's trunk, and is very sturdy when set up.
It was easy to set up with another person, but it was easy for me to stake down and tie down without help. Note that they do not recommend setting it up without two people.
There are two sizes to choose from and I purchased the larger of the two. The canopy has three heights to choose from.
I definitely recommend this canopy.

AKE DOWN Instrucructions1. Unhook the straps holding top on.
2. Lower the legs by pushing leg release buttons and allowing the lower part of leg to slide into upper part.
3. Push in top release button to release the framework top at each corner. Failure to release this button may damage frame when you attempt
to close.
4. Remove and fold top. Remove the top after each use and store in the pocket provided on the carry bag. Never store wet.
This is recommended to prevent small rips and tears.
Make sure the canopy top is dry before storing.
5. Grasp the top “V” and fold in completely. Move from side to side as necessary. Careful, Watch Your Fingers.
6. Insert the legs into carry bag first then close with zippers.

One day at the most. Do not leave this canopy unattended as any breeze will buckle the sides and any rain will cause water to pool in the fabric and the whole thing will collapse.

You can leave this up but make sure to REMOVE canopy cover before a storm, or disassemble entire canopy unit if possible. Remember this is a temporary structure and is not recommended for use as a permanent structure.Details:
