Bass Pro Shops® Hook Hone
Works in a pinch.
Keep it in the top tray of your tackle box and use it to put the point back on a blunted hook of a lure that you just pulled out of a snag.
It works in a pinch, but you will need to buy a proper hook file to fine hone the point to sticky-sharp.
They are cheap so buy several for your pocket, box, car, boat, etc.

Good Hook Sharpener
This "Hook Hone" is pretty good for touching up rusty and blunt hooks. The grit does seem to eventually wear off in patches after that area has been rubbed a lot, but this tool doesn't get rusty like a file does. You will definitely get your money's worth.
