Best Smallmouth river bait I was waiting for this to come out. I knew the bait will work for smallmouth in the rivers. I actually catch live ones and use them now I don't have to take the time to get them and don't worry about getting pinched. Just rig it on a bass hook and no sinker just let the current take the bait and hold it and they will come and get it!!! January 30, 2014
Great trout bait! I love using these in streams for trout! I will look fro small rapids, then I rig these on a 1/16 oz. jig head and let it go with the flow of water, then I stop it around the small rocks and wait for a hungry trout to chomp down on it! I have caught quite a few this way! Try'em they work well! November 11, 2013
Great Cold Weather Bait I like to fish this bait in cold weather on a carolina rig, it's something different and it doesn't have a lot of action which the fish don't want in cold weather November 3, 2013
Good looking grub I had a short time to try these out on the Deschutes River the other day for steelhead. Rigged them on a 1/16 jig head and fished (drifted) under a bobber. Fishing was slow (warm water), but these do look they could be very effective for bass, large panfish, trout and steelhead. The size is larger than what I would expect compared to a natural hellgramite or stonefly nymph. Some good color choices too! September 11, 2013
